Bucking Bull Gains Two New Outlets

In the one week stores in Stockland Shellharbour, NSW, and Ocean Keys, Clarkson, WA, were completed and successfully sharing their meals with the roast loving public.

Australian's more than ever seem to be seeking out 'comfort foods', and Bucking Bull roast meals are the perfect solution to satisfying their appetites. 

“There’s been a real shift in the market towards artisan foods and flavours and that’s been great for us,” said Bucking Bull Executive Director Dean Vella. 

“Customers have a new found appreciation for the skill and cooking methods behind preparing a classic roast meal,” he said. 

“Our roasts are slow-cooked for up to 12 hours, which is refreshing in a market so focused on being ‘fast’.” 

Over the last 15 years the Bucking Bull brand has reaped the rewards of a strong presence in food courts throughout Brisbane and Perth.  Victoria and NSW are now following suit with growth started and expected to continue in these states.

Stockland Shellharbour Centre Manager, Daniel Buchanan, said the new mix of retailers is providing even more choice for customers within the local community.
