What Scratch? provides car paint repairs in the form of cut and polishing, scratches, chips, swirl & scuff marks, peppered bonnets, stain and overspray removal, dull and faded paint.
What Scratch? owns the exclusive rights to superior patented US products Sprayless Scratch Repair (SSR). Due to our environmentally friendly method, What Scratch? can undertake repairs anywhere and has been awarded the MTA Green Stamp accreditation.
Industry
What Scratch? will provide you with a database of existing and potential car dealership customers in your exclusive territory. The franchisor or support staff if requested will assist you to gain more car dealership or trade customers as you want to increase the size of your business.
You will also receive an exclusive residential territory for private customers. Customer enquiries are received via the 1300 BUFFED call centre and optimized website and leads forwarded to franchisees. This service is in demand as people don't want the inconvenience and expense of having their car resprayed in a shop.
Exclusive territories are very large and allow for extra vans and to be run under management.
Do you need experience?
No, What Scratch? provide four weeks of intensive one on one training in your territory working on customers’ cars. It helps if you have an interest in great looking cars! Support doesn’t end with the training either. Telephone and in-field support is provided at regular intervals and on request at no charge.

With an award winning background and 28 years’ experience, the Franchisor decided to leave the panel & paint industry in 2002 to start their own business repairing chips and scratches.
