V.I.P. Australia
V.I.P. Australia began in Adelaide in 1972 when V.I.P. founder Bill Vis needed to supplement his income as a door to door salesman for Electrolux. During his sales rounds, Bill offered to cut the lawns of his customers. This proved a popular and successful decision. Before he knew it, Bill was making more money in one day mowing lawns than a lot of people were making during their normal 38 hour working week. This principle still applies today. The majority of V.I.P. franchisees are still making an above average income and some have built businesses that employ multiple people, with a six-figure turnover. Some franchisees prefer to keep their operations small just to supplement their income, working only a few days per week in order to give them more time to spend with their family, friends, and generally doing the things they love in life.
Present Situation
At V.I.P. we encourage you to live the lifestyle you choose, and work the hours that suit that lifestyle. Whether that is working a 20 hour week, a 70 hour week, or something in between, the choice is up to you. It is an exciting time for V.I.P., as even with the current economic climate, weather conditions, and water restrictions, V.I.P. still are in short supply of franchisees due to the high demand for the quality, personal services that our franchisees provide.

Testimonials
Chris Hammond, Commercial Cleaner, V.I.P. Franchisee of the Year 2007/2008 Chris Hammond, has been awarded with the "2007 / 2008 V.I.P. Franchisee of the Year". Chris joined V.I.P. in 1999 after migrating from the UK with his family. Since joining V.I.P. Chris has found that his personal life has improved because his business fits in with his schedule. Chris has been able to spend time with his family when he wants to, including going to his children's sporting and music functions, earn a great income which has allowed his family to take overseas holidays and extend and develop his home. Michael Fortune, Garden and Lawn Maintenance, started with V.I.P. in 1996 From a small initial investment, V.I.P. has given me my life back, I was sick of working long hours and not reaping the financial rewards. I have time for my wife and family, and have started an investment portfolio. Having won the Franchisee of the Year Award for NSW in 2008, I am looking forward to the challenge of going one better next year. Travis Perris, Home Cleaning I started with V.I.P. in the Garden and Lawn Maintenance Division in Darwin, but in 2006 I transferred to Adelaide and switched my franchise over to Home Cleaning. Working with the support team on implementing the V.I.P. Systematic Cleaning Procedure, I noticed how much easier it was to get through my work - I was working still to the same standard, but more efficiently. The hardest part for me about joining V.I.P. was changing my daily routine, but now I finish work earlier, and sometimes I take on an extra job to increase my income.Form | |
