It doesn’t matter where you’re located, as long as there are properties being sold in your area, then you can operate a Top Snap franchise! What kind of skills and experience do I need to become a Top Snap franchisee? While most franchisees usually have an interest in photography and/or property, you don’t need to be a professional photographer to join Top Snap, as you’ll receive full training in all the tips and techniques of the trade.
As you will be allocated a larger client base than similar franchise systems, being a naturally outgoing and confident ‘people person’ will be a big advantage when dealing with and promoting your services to clients. Good business sense and interpersonal skills will be invaluable in helping you run a successful franchise.
| A day in the life of a Top Snap franchisee As a Top Snap photographer you’ll be photographing different properties, either residential or commercial, and be out and about meeting new people on a daily basis.
Our photographers stage professional photo shoots using high-end digital cameras, wide-angle lenses and studio lighting to ensure each property is presented at its best. Images are then professionally retouched and delivered electronically to clients with a next day turnaround.
In addition to daylight, dusk, elevated, aerial or commercial photography, we also offer property marketing tools including 360-degree virtual tours, standard, textured, furnished, 3D or interactive floor plans, virtually furnished rooms, copywriting and online property tours.
