| WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Intelligent, articulate and capable of understanding the complexities of modern business, preferably degree qualified.
- Commercial or business experience - either through:- owning your own business previously, experience in high level corporate roles, or other business and commercial experience, preferably in sales, marketing, people management, strategy, planning or business management.

- The desire to help others, and to serve, as well as an open mind and the desire to learn.
- Determination and tenacity to get out there and make the business work (with our help along the way, of course).
