Rozzi’s is the collaboration of experienced industry operators – harnessing their collective 50+ years of multi – site food and beverage franchise operations and taking it to the masses. The first new Rozzi’s concept store opened on March 2014.  By April 2017 there will be 12 sites operating in Victoria, NSW and Queensland profiting from the Rozzi's Italian franchise system.

The business model has been engineered to ensure qualified chefs are not required for maximisation of labour output.

Experience:

Ideally you have had some past hospitality experience – however it is not essential.

The first step is to get in contact with us and we can discuss the opportunities in your local area.

There is four weeks of comprehensive training.  Two weeks before the store opens, and two weeks on the job in your Rozzi's Italian Cafe.

About Rozzi's:

Rosetta was the free spirited great aunt of our family. Absolutely passionate about her family and Italian fresh food, she would ride daily her Vespa to source the best fresh produce nearby her village.

Often seen waving and laughing with her fellow villagers, as she rode by, she was often greeted with cheery ciaos with her nick name Rozzi.

Her passion was to source the freshest ripe tomatoes, cheese, flour, whatever was needed  for her recipes which she carefully recorded in her famous family recipe book.  Often saying to farmers, my food is “creato con affecto e l’amore”, it must be the best. This passion eventually expanded beyond her family to include the local villagers, to open a rustic taverna where people would come for miles to sample her sauces and home made pasta and even antipasto and to spy upon her beauty.

Many a warm Sunday afternoon was spent with the family and friends drinking local vino on a long wooden table with a checked cloth, sharing tales of the village’s past and local scandals in the sunshine to the sound of laughter and small children playing. All the time watched and nurtured by Rosetta, with a gentle scolding if the tales got out of hand.

She never married, as she was too independent to be tied to a man as she used to say, I shall not be answerable to anyone! She often wrote letters to family and to unsuspecting politicans if she had a strong view! Her spirit lives on through our Rozzi’s brand abiding by her values particularly with affection for food. 

We feel that she would be proud that her name continues to represent her passion for life, in her wonderful recipes and how life should be.

Rozzi’s Expansion continues with the announcement of their latest Master Franchise Operator.

As part of their ongoing store roll out along the Eastern Sea Board Rozzi’s is thrilled to announce the signing of a Master Franchise Agreement with seasoned Food and Beverage Operator, and former COO of Mad Mex, Fabian Rebelo for the NSW territory.

Rozzi’s Director Dean Salomone states “With Fabian’s extensive Food & Beverage background it’s a testament to our business model  that  someone of his calibre and experience has invested into our group and we could not be any more delighted. It is a very exciting time for us.”

Rebelo adds, “We see significant gaps in the market place for contemporary and authentic food offering such as Rozzi’s. I’m very excited to bring this modern casual dining model to NSW and will be announcing our new locations shortly.”
