HR Coach research on labour trends

HR Coach Network member, Humanoz has recently been commissioned by the Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC) to identify regional skills shortage issues for the region.

HR Coach research methods are widely used by industry in fully understanding labour issues and identifying innovative solutions to the growing gap between labour demand and supply.

Founder and Managing Director of HR Coach, Louise Broekman has been a leading researcher in the small and medium business sector and labour management. The HR Quarterly Index, produced by HR Coach, provides industry with data on the latest labour trends and business confidence. “It is no longer acceptable that businesses do not plan around labour management Businesses without a HR Plan will loose the war for talent. It is through initiatives such as QTIC taking a strategic view on identifying solutions for industry that will make a difference to Australian industry groups.” Broekman said.

The issues are at an all time high and we are working fast to keep up with the demand. HR Coach is continuing to recruit for business professionals to join the Network and be part of the solutions for the future.
