SMARTLINE SHINES AT NATIONAL INDUSTRY AWARDS

National mortgage broking group Smartline has added to its impressive list of industry accolades, picking up the award for the mortgage group of the year at the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia’s (MFAA) National Excellence Awards held recently.
Smartline has grown substantially since launching in 1999 and the MFAA award is a testament to the outstanding service offered by the group’s 141 franchise offices across the country.
“We are very proud to be part of the Smartline network and look forward to continuing to draw on the group’s excellent support mechanisms to provide our clients with the best service possible,” said Lepa Kamar, Smartline Franchise Owner.
The MFAA’s National Excellence Awards recognise the mortgage and finance industry’s most successful individuals and businesses.
Smartline was selected from a competitive pool including some of Australia’s largest mortgage broking groups such as Wizard Home Loans, RAMS Home Loans, Mortgage Choice and Aussie Home Loans.
The MFAA award follows Smartline’s successes at the Australian Mortgage Awards in August 2006, where it was named ‘Operation of the Year’.
According to MFAA Chief Executive Phil Naylor, “it’s been another year of impressive entries, showing our members are excelling in all areas of mortgage and finance broking. This year’s winners and finalists continue to raise the bar for the industry through exceptional service and dedication to their customers.”
