Browser Setting Instructions for Cookies
If after following the instructions for your browser it still does not accept cookies, you may need to delete the old cookies on your computer. This should allow you to accept new cookies.

For Internet Explorer 6.0
From the Menu Bar (at the top of your browser)
  1. Click on Tools
  2. Click on Internet Options
  3. Click the Privacy tab
  4. Slide bar to at least medium level to accept cookies
For Internet Explorer 5.5
From the Menu Bar (at the top of your browser)
  1. Click on Tools
  2. Click on Internet Options
  3. Click the Security tab
  4. Click on Internet
  5. Select Custom Level
  6. Find Cookies and select Enable
For Netscape Communicator 7.0 or 6.0
From the Menu Bar (at the top of your browser)
  1. Click on Edit
  2. Click on Preferences
  3. Open the Privacy & Security menu by clicking on the triangle next to the menu
  4. Click on Cookies
  5. Select one of the Enable cookies options based upon your privacy preferences
For Netscape Communicator 4.x
From the Menu Bar (at the top of your browser)
  1. Click on Edit
  2. Click on Preferences
  3. Click on Advanced
  4. Select one of the Accept cookies options
For AOL 8.0 or 7.0
From the AOL Toolbar (at the top of your browser)
  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Preferences
  3. Click on Internet Properties (WWW)
  4. Click on the Privacy tab
  5. Click on Advanced
  6. Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
