Soft-spoken and gentle Suyi Chan is one of RP Vending Systems''' finest Owner/Operators. Suyi decided to take up The X Factor challenge as he saw it as an opportunity to add some excitement to his vending business. Servicing up to 1000 people on show days with 4 new RPM6 Combo Vendors has proven to be very lucrative for this innovative operator.

We have two machines located in the audience holding/waiting area (this is where they line-up to get into the show) and these machines have massive snack and drink sales. "I have to refill the machines every Friday and then again on Monday" said Suyi.

There are also two machines located in Stage 2 - one for the crew working in the background and one in the main entrance that the audience can access.

Suyi first became aware of RP Vending Systems in 2002 whilst visiting the Franchising Expo in Darling Harbour. He, together with his sister, started off purchasing a package of drink vendors and over the years has acquired more machines and grown with the support of RP Vending Systems and now operates 28 vending machines throughout Sydney. Born in Vietnam and raised up in Fairfield NSW, he completed a degree in Pharmacy at Sydney Uni and worked as a Pharmacist for a few years. Then he discovered the opportunity of an improved lifestyle and flexibility that vending machines offered.

Suyi is living proof that people from any background can not only be successful in creating a new life through vendsing but they can also add a little X-Factor to their lives at the same time.
